Summary: Adapted from the video with same title. In a fictional 1930's Europe, the land is divided and ruled by Empire and the Federation. Now the Federation is under Empire's attack, their forces has reached a small town called Gallia, where Alicia, a member of local militia run into a guy named Welkin Gunther.
First impression score: 85 ~ Interesting mix
Personal comments: I like its art. The characters appears to be pretty interesting as well. On top of that, they mixed in just the right amount of comedy. I think this is going to be a keeper.

story with characters idiot man and emotional girl is getting nowhere. i'm fed up just watch the 1st eps.
Emo girl is kind of annoying, but I am trying to look over that and see what's the overall story is about.
I think it has good story. But what I watch first is the character. If the character's bad, then eventually the story might be bad too. It's contagious.
Emo people tend to mess up the plot, but sometimes they can change too.
