I waited and waited, hoping at some point the story is actually going to pick up its pace and something other than just random small fights going to happen. Well, in the end, it kind of did, but I was still disappointed.
Compare to Letter Bee Reverse, this is a different kind of anticlimax. Letter Bee Reverse, even though they fail miserably at every attempt to have a climactic scene, at least they tried. Dragon Crisis on the other hand, didn't even feel like they were trying to have a climax. The final showdown was so rushed, before it even fully started, it was already over. On top of that, the pre-climax build up brought out many questions, they're only met with ambiguous answers that in my opinion are worse than not answering at all.
Final Scoreboard:
Drama: 74 (Less than mediocre)
Comedy: 72 (Not that good)
Action: 72 (Way below mediocre)
Art/Animation: 72 (Low quality)
Sound/Music: 80 (Not bad)
Character: 70 (Extremely shallow)
Plot: 70 (Somewhat stupid)
Ending: 62 (The hell?!)
Re-watch value: 20 - Maybe just for Rie Kugimiya's voice
Overall: 70 - Barely a passing grade
Recommendation: I think this story is so badly made, even Rie Kugimiya's voice couldn't bring me to like it more. If you're considering to pick up this series, think again, this could be a decision to waste 6 hours of your life that you'll never get back.

High hopes for this one, kinda sad, unable to create meaningful sentences, sleep...
I liked it, it was too rushed though. Should have made story plot better and with more episodes. Oh and Lost Preciouses WTF???
