It's hard to criticize animes like Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, at the same, it's also pretty hard to praise about them either. There just aren't enough good or bad things about them. It's deemed to be a mediocre. It's just so typical any way you look at it.
Of course, animes like this would always have a happy ending. Most likely, the happily ever after ending. This is no exception.

Recommendation: This is definitely a solid mediocre anime. So, if you have time to put in mediocre animes in your schedule (I assume that you already scheduled the "great" and "good" animes :-), this probably would be a solid pick.
