Currently finished: Episode 3
This by far is the best new series I've seen in October. It's just nonstop fast paced excitement from the beginning to end of each episode. It also have very good cliffhangers at the end of each episode, so good that I pull episode 3 out of queue to watch it (I watch anime with chronological orders, so I usually don't watch episode 3's until I finished all the episode 2's from the same week).
