Tatakau Shisho - The Book of Bantorra: Confused, But...

Currently finished: Episode 20

It seems everything has been set up for the final showdown. While personally, I'm somewhat fond of their presentation and think it is indeed quite interesting, from all the reviews I've been reading online, however, it doesn't seem like it has gained much acceptance by the masses. I think an unconventional story like this requires audience to have certain delicate taste in order for it to be fully appreciated, much like how not everybody liked Gankutsuou, which in my opinion is one brilliant anime.

you know, there are sometimes I want protagonist in anime/manga to die, and this is one of them.
I really very hate the protagonist gang, especially the black hair woman and the gunman.
Actualy, protagonist and antagonist both sucks very well.

lol, generally, unless the the protagonist is a genuine douche (e.g. Tales of Abyss, Linebarrel of Iron), I don't really have anything in particular against them, though I do prefer tragedy over happy ending.

In this case, I don't think they've even sticked with any of the character long enough through any segment of the story to make me even feel anything towards any of them. But I do like the way they constructed the story.

Do you care to explain why you're hating the protagonist gang so much? (aside from the fact they are what they are ;-)
